Can you manage our IT long-term?
Yes, Speed is for on-demand help; long-term proactive coverage is available under Flow.
What Speed is (and isn’t)
Speed is on-demand, fast-response IT. You contact us when you need help, and we jump in to resolve the issue or complete the request.
Speed is not an always-on managed plan.
Speed does not include continuous monitoring, scheduled patching, managed security operations, backup/DR management, compliance program ownership, or recurring strategy reviews.
