Moonscape Business Solutions is a small engineering team in Boca Raton. We set technology up and keep it running for companies that need it to work but don’t want to build a department around it. When they’re ready to plan further ahead, we do that too.
What we're for
Most of the IT problems we see aren’t dramatic. They’re a backup that stopped running in April and nobody noticed, a license bill that’s been paying for people who left, a Wi-Fi network that was set up by whoever had time. The work is boring when it’s done well, and that’s the point.
Our job is to make technology something you stop thinking about. When a ticket does come in, we answer it. Most of the time, though, the goal is that it never gets raised.

How we work
We'd rather prevent than repair
Monitoring and patching are the baseline on every Flow plan, along with backups we test. When something does reach you, it should be because we called you about it.
Your documentation stays yours
Network diagrams, credentials, asset lists, and policies live in your systems. If we ever part ways, you keep everything and the next provider can pick up where we left off.
Scope before invoices
Every plan lists what’s included and what isn’t. Anything outside it gets quoted first.
Vendor-neutral, within reason
