Fifty processes in ten areas, from governance and budgets to the help desk. Click a tile or an area name: the drawer shows which of Speed, Flow and Vision covers it, the service pages behind it, and the partners we bring in.
Process names follow COBIT 2019 objective codes where one applies (EDM: evaluate, direct, monitor · APO: align, plan, organize · BAI: build, acquire, implement · DSS: deliver, service, support · MEA: monitor, evaluate, assess). Click any tile or area name to see how Moonscape covers it.
Some businesses want an engineer on call. Some want the whole thing run for a monthly fee. A few want a technology executive in the room without paying for a full-time one. Each of those is a pillar here, and they stack if you need more than one.
The grouping follows the COBIT framework that auditors and larger IT departments use, which is why the objective codes appear on the tiles. Every area maps to one or more of our three ways of working, and each one names the partners we bring in.
Scoped projects and hourly engineering when you need hands now.
Managed IT on a monthly subscription: the daily running of everything.
A part-time CIO and the support desks a larger organization runs on.
On-demand work, billed by the hour or in prepaid blocks. Good for projects and for anything that can’t wait for a contract.
A monthly subscription. We monitor, patch, back up, license, and secure the environment, and your staff call us when something’s wrong.
Leadership and the people-heavy services: a fractional CIO, support desks for employees and customers, email and phones.
The differences that decide which one you need.

That’s normal. The Health Check tells you which pillar to start with and what can safely wait.
Partner accounts we hold, which is how we quote hardware and licensing directly.
Most clients on Flow end up adding Vision for the leadership piece, and plenty use Speed hour blocks for projects on top of a Flow plan. Each pillar is priced on its own, so combining them doesn’t mean paying twice for the same thing.
That’s one of the main reasons Speed exists. We take tickets from your queue or ours, leave notes in your system, and stay out of anything you haven’t handed over. Vision can also sit above an internal team as the advisory layer.
South Florida, from Boca Raton. Remote support covers the rest of the country, and for most issues remote is faster anyway.
The plan structure and what each one includes is published. The number depends on how many users, devices, and sites you have and whether compliance is in scope, so we confirm it after a short scoping call and put it in a proposal.
These containers are hidden on the live site. Each one opens in the side drawer when a visitor clicks its tiles or area name on the map above. Edit the text, links and buttons here like any other section.
Who decides what IT spends, and what you would do if the office flooded on a Tuesday. Most companies our size keep the answers in someone’s head. This area is about writing them down and checking them once a year.
