IT Health Check
IT Health Check
A review of where your IT stands today, covering the network, security, backups, software licensing, contracts, and any compliance gaps. It ends with a 90-day plan that’s yours to keep, whether you hire us or not.
What we look at
Infrastructure
Devices, network gear, servers, cloud services. What you have, how old it is, and what’s no longer supported by its maker.
Security
Endpoint protection, multi-factor authentication, email filtering, and how quickly anyone would know if something got in.
Backups
What’s backed up and where it goes. Also whether anyone has tested a restore in the last year (usually not, and that’s fine; now you know).
Software and licensing
Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, plus the line-of-business apps. We look for overlap, unused seats, and accounts nobody owns.
Contracts
Internet, phones, hosting, and support agreements. Renewal dates, terms, and anything you’re paying for twice.
Compliance
How you sit against HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI, or ISO expectations, and which of the gaps carry real risk versus paperwork risk.
The whole process
01 Questionnaire
About five minutes. It tells us where to look first.
02 One call
Thirty to forty-five minutes with an engineer, over video, walking through your environment. Screen sharing helps but isn't required.
03 Your plan
A written summary of what we found, ranked by impact, with next steps split into now, soon, and later.

Questions people ask before booking
Is it really free?
The questionnaire, the call, and the written plan cost nothing, and nobody will chase you afterwards. If the plan says your current setup is fine, that’s what it will say.
How much of my time does it take?
Around an hour in total, most of it on the call. If you want a deeper technical audit with full documentation, that’s the paid Health Check & Audit under Vision.
Will you need access to our systems?
Not for this. We work from your answers and a screen-share walkthrough. Read-only access speeds up the paid audit, but it’s never required here.
What if we already have an IT provider?
Then treat it as an SLA review. We’ll go through what your contract covers and what it doesn’t, and whether the price matches either. Pick that option in the form and we’ll come prepared.
