Is it really free?
Yes. The questionnaire, the review call, and the written 90-day plan are free. There’s no obligation to buy anything.
How much of my time does it take?
About five minutes for the questionnaire and 30 to 45 minutes for the call. If you want a deeper technical audit with documentation, that’s the paid Vision IT Health Check & Audit.
Will you need access to our systems?
Not for the free review. We work from your answers and a screen-share walkthrough. Read-only access speeds up a paid audit but is never required for this step.
What if we already have an IT provider?
That’s common. Use the Health Check as an SLA review: we’ll show you what’s covered, what isn’t, and whether the plan matches what you’re paying for.
