Book a Call
Thirty minutes with an engineer.
Bring a problem or a plan. A quote from another vendor you’d like a second opinion on works too. We’ll tell you what we think, including if the answer is that you don’t need us.
- An engineer takes the call. There's no sales team to hand you to.
- Pick a time on the right and the invite arrives with a video link.
- It costs nothing. The notes are yours whether or not you hire us.
Prefer email? Write to info@moonscape.biz with two or three times that work for you (Eastern Time) and we’ll confirm one within a business day.
Partner accounts we hold, which is how we quote hardware and licensing directly

What the call is like
01 Before
You'll get a confirmation with a video link and two questions to think about, so the call starts with substance.
02 During
We listen first. Then we'll ask about your environment and your plans and say which pillar fits. If none does, we'll say that instead.
03 After
A short email with what we discussed and the next step. If you want a proposal, that follows within a few days.
Before you book
Is this a sales call?
It’s a working conversation with the person who’d do the job. There’s no script and no quote at the end unless you ask for one. Plenty of calls finish with two suggestions you can act on yourself and nothing else.
Do I need to prepare anything?
A sentence or two about what prompted the call is plenty. If you have a quote from another provider or a list of what keeps breaking, have it open and we’ll go through it.
What if I just want a price?
Say so when you book and we’ll spend the time scoping instead. For hour blocks and installations we can usually give a number on the call. Managed plans need a count of users and devices first, so the proposal follows within a few days.
We already have an IT person. Is this still useful?
Many of our calls are with an in-house admin, or an office manager who wears that hat. Bring them along. Speed hour blocks and the Vision advisory layer were built to sit beside an internal team, and the call is where we work out which one fits, if either does.
Can we meet in person instead?
If you’re in South Florida, mention it in the booking notes and we’ll swap the video link for an address. For everyone else the first call is remote, and most second ones are too.
Rather start with a questionnaire?
The free IT Health Check is five minutes of questions and one call. You get a 90-day plan written up afterwards, whether or not you hire us.
