Unboxing, physical setup, and cable management at the desk or in the rack
Operating system imaging or clean setup with your naming standard
Joining to Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), or Google endpoint management
Disk encryption, firmware and OS updates, and endpoint protection agent
Installation and activation of Microsoft 365 apps, browsers, and line-of-business software
Printer, scanner, and peripheral setup, including shared network printing
Data or profile transfer from the old device when replacing hardware
Asset tag, serial, and configuration recorded in your inventory
A short handover with the user, plus a written work summary
