Hardware & software installation

One laptop or a room of them: unboxed, imaged, joined to your environment, updated, and logged in your inventory before anyone signs in.

Why this goes wrong when it's done in a hurry

New equipment tends to arrive at the worst possible time, so someone in the office sets it up between meetings. It ends up on a personal Microsoft account with no disk encryption and half the software missing, and six months later it’s the machine behind the security incident.

We install hardware and software the same way every time: consistently, with encryption and updates in place, and with a record of what’s on it. Your people get a device that works on the first morning, and you get an inventory that’s true.

What's included

How an install runs

01 Confirm the list

Devices, users, software, and the date you need them working.

02 Stage remotely

Images and configuration scripts are prepared in advance, licenses too, so we spend as little of your day on site as possible.

03 Install on site

Devices set up at desks and tested with the user. Old equipment is wiped or retired as agreed.

04 Hand over

Inventory updated, credentials delivered securely, notes sent.

Questions

With remote staging, most business workstations are ready in about an hour on site, including the handover. Servers and anything unusual get quoted individually.

As long as you hold valid licenses, it’s the same job. We’ll also mention it if a subscription you already pay for includes the thing you just bought.

Both, along with Chromebooks and phones under Google or Microsoft management.
