Flow — Managed IT Subscriptions
Managed IT subscriptions. Set it, and forget it.
Flow monitors, patches, secures, backs up, and licenses your entire environment around the clock for a fixed monthly fee, with an unlimited helpdesk for your team and a monthly report for you.
Flow is for you if
- You want full-service IT without hiring, at a price you can budget twelve months out

- A fixed monthly subscription with a defined scope and SLA

Flow FAQ
What does Flow actually manage?
Devices, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace and other SaaS apps, security monitoring and response, cloud backup, and compliance frameworks, end to end. If it’s in your environment and on the plan, it’s monitored, maintained, and supported.
Does Flow include Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace support?
Yes, both: user accounts, licensing, security settings, and day-to-day support. We handle the admin so your team doesn’t have to.
What happens with projects that aren't in the plan?
Office moves, migrations, and large rollouts are quoted separately as Speed projects, usually at a preferred rate for Flow clients. You’ll always see the scope in writing first.
Is there a minimum term?
Plans are typically annual with monthly billing. We confirm the term in the proposal, and onboarding starts as soon as it’s signed.
Can we keep our internal IT person?
Yes. Many clients keep an internal coordinator and use Flow for the 24/7 monitoring, security, and specialist work. We define who owns what during onboarding.
Need more than Flow?
For organizations that want strategic oversight, embedded leadership, and support desks for employees or customers, Moonscape Vision takes it further.
